Located off Burton Road, the site is five miles south of Burton upon Trent and the Queens Hospital; a major employer for the area. The parcel of land is well located – just off the A511, adjacent to a major settlement and within the catchment of the Ofsted Outstanding Woodville Primary School. The A38 Lichfield Road is easily accessible and the area offers the lifestyle benefits of lying within The National Forest area.    

Terra will work with South Derbyshire District Council to explore the provision of new housing and facilities which could best suit the needs of the popular town. The 38-acre site, which is currently designated for grazing, will then be promoted through the Local Plan process. The development opportunity was introduced to Terra by the Loughborough office of Agents Mather Jamie.
