Strategic land development specialist, TERRA, celebrates a decade in business as it looks to expand its search for land opportunities in 2025 and beyond.  

TERRA has helped unlock £2.1bn and 8,500 new homes across 35 sites. In its 10 years of trading the business has also delivered significant returns for the landowners it works with, releasing over 1,600 acres and resulting in returns of more than £400m.

The land specialist currently has 10 applications and 13 additional sites in the pipeline and plans to target new opportunities following a successful 2024.

Since 2015, TERRA has successfully sold development sites to buyers including Stonewater, Bromford, SNG (formerly Sovereign Housing Association), Vistry Group, Bloor Homes and Tilia Homes. Recent examples include the sale of a five-acre site in Aston, West Oxfordshire, to social housing provider Stonewater, for 40 new affordable homes, as well as the sale of a 39-acre site in Hawkesbury, Warwickshire, for 176 new homes.
