The site comprised of land owned by Chipping Campden (Secondary) School, including 14 existing dwellings in the ownership of The Chipping Campden School Housing Association. The site is approximately 4 acres and is well located to the north side of Chipping Campden, within 200-300m’s walking distance of the Town centre.
Terra in conjunction with Hayfield Homes secured a full planning permission for 34 units of which 13 were specifically keyworker homes for employees of the neighbouring school.
The site was technically challenging and our in house technical team arrived at efficient solution to enable the development to go ahead.
The proceed of the land money will go toward the construction of a new state of the art performance education space.
The land was ultimately sold to Duchy Homes.
