The land was removed from the Greenbelt through successful engagement with the parish and local council and via dialogue with the school, to ensure a new, safer and more suitable access to the school was provided.
We promoted the site through the Rushcliffe Local Plan and the land has now secured an outline planning permission for 85 houses.
Following approval of our outline planning consent, the site was sold on the open market through Avison Young to Bloor Homes. For further information please see press release.
