The site is located on the south-western edge of the village of Drakes Broughton. The topography is relatively flat. The whole site sits to the south of the B4084. This is a primary route which connects Pershore and Worcester City via junction 7 of the M5. It is primarily used as a nursery/garden centre and is occupied by a number of glasshouses. A significant amount of the site is also undeveloped but has historically been used to grow trees/plants to support the nursery.
