The site which extended to 3.4 acres was formerly the Warwickshire Masonic Temple Lodge and was purpose built in the early 1970s for the Masons.
Terra exchanged on the unconditional purchase of the site in two weeks, demonstrating the speed we can employ when necessary.
We completed on the purchase in August 2015 and the team at Terra went on to secure an outline planning approval for 84 houses and apartments (circa 80,000sqft) soon after.
Following this approval a new Planning Approval was achieved for an Urban Care Village, all within 9 weeks from application submission to consent (circa 140,000sqft) significantly enhancing the original land value.
The site was sold in August 2016 to Cinnamon Care Capital.
