Terra originally secured an Option Agreement / to purchase this 72 acre Green Belt site in 2015.

Terra were then invited to purchase the site unconditionally from the land owner and went on to complete on the purchase in 2018.

Terra has recently received planning for the Second Phase of development at Hawkesbury for 176 dwellings.
