The site is south of the main Evesham Road that runs through Salford Priors. The total site extends to approximately 2.6 acres.
We proactively engaged with the local community and the site was allocated in the Salford Priors Neighbourhood Development plan.
An application was submitted in Autumn 2017 for 14 Private Units and went on to secure a planning approval in April 2018.
Bruton Knowles have managed the sale of the land and we completed on the sale of the land to Piper Homes in the summer of 2018.
